Terms of Service

1. General terms

These Terms govern Adult Work Hub at adultwork.loverssex.net. By registering, signing in, or using the service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Community Rules. The service is part of the loverssex.net ecosystem and may use a shared account.

2. Age and scope

The service is available only to adults aged 18 or older. It covers adult and creator economy, iGaming, betting, dating, affiliate, and grey-traffic roles. Any work or content involving minors is prohibited and results in immediate blocking.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and activity. One person may use one account; multi-accounting, manipulation, and restriction bypasses are prohibited. Telegram linking may be required to publish jobs or resumes as an anti-bot measure.

4. Content and moderation

Jobs, resumes, company profiles, and contact fields may be published only after moderation. Content must be lawful, accurate, and respect third-party rights. Income guarantees without conditions, pyramids, candidate prepayments, sensitive-document collection in public chat, unlawful discrimination, and hidden moderation bypasses are prohibited.

5. Hiring, chat, and responsibility

Adult Work Hub is an information platform, not the employer, recruitment agency, or party to agreements between users unless a separate offer expressly says otherwise. Users agree payment, tests, shifts, and cooperation terms themselves. Internal chat is for hiring discussions; abuse, blackmail, and disclosure of another person’s data are prohibited.

6. Paid services

Some features, including listing promotion, expanded alerts, and CRM exports, may be paid. Charges use the loverssex.net ecosystem balance at prices shown in the interface.

Unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, activated plans, options, and digital services already supplied are non-refundable. This restriction does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

A user may request a refund of the unused balance originating from confirmed AWH deposits on the Billing page. The refundable amount accounts for services already received and earlier requests. The payment provider’s country- or method-specific withdrawal fee is deducted from the payout. Identity, payment-source, and destination verification may be required; AWH does not store a full bank-card number.

7. Intellectual property and liability

Service design, code, marks, and materials belong to their rights holders. You retain your uploaded content and grant the service a non-exclusive license to store, moderate, display, and distribute it for platform operation. The service is provided as is without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, employment, candidate quality, or employer conduct.

8. Suspension, updates, and law

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for violations, fraud concerns, or technical and organizational reasons. Updated Terms take effect when published unless stated otherwise. Applicable mandatory law remains controlling, and disputes should first be addressed through negotiation.
